I mean for international in general. If you are 100% billing in USD. I want to cover as many usd country options as possible. or at least ones that use it a lot.

websites in countries that have an unstable currency are most likely processing in USD, euro's, or pounds, regardless if they list the price in their native currency, the conversion is done when checking out.
