Help! Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money!

Hi People!
Im coding a shopping cart for a customer. Its managing Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money in both, USD and EUR currency.
I need to test the API to know if the script is working fine with the payment api, but I have not funds on these processors.

someone uses them?
I need a few cents on them, lets say $0.50 or less.

Im needing:

Liberty Reserve USD
Liberty Reserve EUR
Perfect Money USD or EUR

If someone can help me please post email and I will get it touch!
I can send the money back to you, or just send PayPal, but I only new a few cents :pimp

Hope someone uses them!
