You are absolutely right. The cop should have had the drive exit the car and instructed him to lay down on the ground so he could be restrained and then he should have done the same thing with the female passenger. After both suspects have been handcuffed the officer should have opened the trunk himself. He is just lucky he did not get stabbed. :2 cents:
