Best Offshore Domain Registrar?

Which offshore (Out of the USA) domain registrars are the most reliable as well as don't really give a shit about the content of the associated websites?

Thanks in advance!

No thoughts on this? I am concerned because of some of the things which have happened to adult webmasters involving losing their domains for strange reasons.

Fabulous is the best. Expensive if you can't get a wholesale account, but if you can their rates are pretty competitive. They have free whois privacy and cool stuff like revshare when and if your expired domains are backordered through NameJet. Their support has always been top notch the few times I've needed them over the past 5+ years.

I dunno their current reqs but last I knew of them, you needed at least a hundred decent domains in order to get a wholesale account there.

Yeah, it's 100+ decent domains AFAIK. I had to submit a list of my domains to them and they put me on tier 5 which is currently at $8.49 for a .com I think. Retail pricing is $29.95 which sucks, but they're a great registrar if you have a lot of domains.

Internet.bs is another offshore (Bahamas) register that I've heard a lot of nice things about and have been using for about 8 months now with no issues. Really, really nice pricing there.

yeah, I read it as bullshit sometimes in my head when I type it out, but they really are a pretty nice registrar with really really nice pricing.

docputer 11-02-2010 09:32 PM

I have had a few domains with Internet.bs for 2-3 years with no problems.

shake 11-02-2010 09:39 PM

tucows is based in canada, provides domain registration to resellers. They are a bigger publicly traded company.

Directnic sucks, they have high prices, and they're definitely not offshore being based in New Orleans.

PXN 11-03-2010 03:28 PM

Why do Fabulous only accept invites? Does that means you need at least 1000 domains or something?
