Pauly D & Situation (Jersey Shore) want over $30k to perform at parties

WTF?

The Players Ball loves to change things up by adding a celeb into the mix once in a while. I thought it would be fun to get a Jersey Shore member. Both the Situation and Pauly D want over $30k to perform. That doesn't include their airfare for 4 people, hotels and transportation.

At least with Pauly D, he's performing as a DJ which is what I was interested in.

His manager told me he has a TV show they'll start filming in January about his entourage. I guess he's performing in Vegas as a regular DJ and travels for these $30k gigs. One of the members of this show is his show plays his wing man, that's his official title.

I give these guys credit though, get that money now while they can.

The cheapest Jersey Shore cast member is Angelina, she wants over $7500.

I thought it was interesting too that this agent is booking Sasha Grey as a DJ for over $10k.

I'd imagine that if they're asking for that much, that's how much people are already paying them...so like you said, get it while the gettin' is good.

It's a little more then 1h drive from montreal. One of the 2-3 biggest infrastructure in the country.

I don't know whats worse, no talent people, famous for being famous asking for those kinds of fees or the promoters that are willing to pay them...

A few months ago a new local club brought in Kim Kardashian on their opening night, got lots of local press, they reported that her fee was $25k + use of a suburban+air/hotel for her and 3-4 of her leeches...she did draw a crowd but apparently she showed up about a hour late, waved to the crowd from the stage for about 5 mins and then went into a vip room where about 50 -60 people paid an extra $100 to be there with her, but she only stayed about 15 mins and then left the club.

Doctor Dre - I've been considering Xzibit, but we did him already, though it was back in 2003. His price is super low for him right now. About $30k lower then the last time we did him.

Isn't that how these celebrity appearances go? years back i was working at a club and we got Ron Jeremy in one night. He stepped out of VIP for like 2 minutes, grabbed the mic, said "Hello everyone, I'm Ron Jeremy, and I have a 10 inch dick". He then gave the mic back tot he DJ and wandered back to VIP for the rest of the night.

Pauly D played at some club here in town last week, guess it was a big turn out.

But you can get better DJ's out here for 500-1500 bucks and they have 20 years of experience and don't come with a posse of leeches.

They go crazy in nightclubs for them. They did jet in Vegas just after the show came out. They got $5k and it was the busiest non nye jet had ever had.

Just doubt it's a high spending crowd. But people love them but I think the 15 minute clock is starting..

But why? Think about it... what would they really add to your party? Talent? No.. Fun? No... a Show? No... They'll walk in, mug for the cameras, drink some and leave... Fifteen Thousand Dollars for that? Come on....

Keep trying - you should be able to get a really good band or singer for $15,000.

Do you know the average age of the attendees? Maybe aim for a show that fits them? I dunno..

Probably way higher than $30k. I read somewhere she gets $30k an episode of the show now. That makes her the highest paid cast member. Pretty much everyone else is pulling $10-20k an episode.
