Want to Buy: WP adsense-specific theme

Looking for a SIMPLE wordpress theme that is built around Google Adsense fonts/color sets and has an easy layout like below

Also, has a section where I manually enter in a Google adsense looking Text ad block (looks like adsense but these are actually my own static ads)
