I heard about this, the baby elephant was saved by the rest of the herd that came up and frightened the crocodile off.

If the next photo in the sequence was one of the big elephants stomping on the alligator to set the baby free, at least it would have a happy ending. Otherwise it is just hard to look at.

The crocodile is biting the elephant trunk. That is unfortunate.
