Minimum payouts...

I just hit $107 for a program I send some traffic to...and find out their minimum payout is $150 :( That's a pain in the ass for people like me who split their traffic up and send it all to many different sponsors...what ever happened to $50 and $100 minimum payouts? Oh well..just venting some. :pimp

Usually that's something you try to find out before signing up to a program. Unless they increased the minimum recently.

Yeah, it's my fault, just would have been nice to have another check :upsidedow

Or ask them if they are willing to pay out regardless the $150 min payout.
Some sponsors don't mind on that, to keep YOU happy. ;)

very true
work a deal with the sponsor asking for an early payout

most will do it to keep your traffic and keep you happy...

Thanks guys, good idea, it's worth a shot...I just didn't want to bother them over it but that extra 100 bucks could really help out with my rent.

seeandsee 10-30-2010 08:21 AM

i had sponsors paying under min. amounts when i kindly ask them for it

You must have a very understanding landlord if you struggle to pay the rent like that. Good luck.

They probably have higher payouts because of what it cost for them to print a check.

so they probably want to keep their cost down.

lol are you serious?

Agent 488 10-31-2010 08:02 AM

after epass i noticed many programs raised minimums to 150-200.

Barry-xlovecam 10-31-2010 08:16 AM

We have set our minimum payout at 100?

However, we pay the wire charge on our end.

We are also adding Payoneer shortly ? we will pay all the Payoneer charges (including the $2 instant load charge) with the exception of your own ATM fees for your account. [*we charge 3% to send your affiliate payout in $USD (FX and our load fees).]

Wires are always free 100?+

PXN 10-31-2010 09:07 AM

If you have been promoting the program for a long time, I think most will be more than willing to lower the min payout for you.

BIGTYMER 10-31-2010 10:20 AM

I'm with you. I think anything over $100 is overkill.

dicksman42 10-31-2010 10:29 AM

I've noticed that the companies that raised to 200 payments were the ones in trouble.
When a company raises the payout or changes the date watch out.It seems 150 is abit high

Bingo. Or when they start playing games with the rebills and try to justify taking them from affiliates. Another sign is making it harder to get your money like wanting you to fax ID to them suddenly. Especially if they gave you no notice of this and you only heard it as an excuse for no payment after the fact. Not all instances of these things indicate a company is in trouble but it's definitely a sign to start paying more attention to them. It could be nothing more than desperation to get more cash flow.

Hrmm...I sent em a message yesterday, I'll see if I hear back from them. That's a good point though.
