These are exactly the "normal" Godaddy promo conditions.

It's always just one $0.99 domain per account, plus 18 cent ICANN fee, making it $1.17 total.

Always just one per credit card, so you can not have two different accounts, then you also need two different cards.

Usually 2 or 4 weeks promotion time, or till 10.000 usages, whichever comes first.

And only for new registrations or transfers, can not be used for internal renewals.
