As an ex-Paratrooper, I can imagine he is probably pumped for it but at the same time shit is a little surreal. Most joes don't think about death until they have to. My wishes are with him but, Its his enemy that needs to be scared! He belongs to the most highly trained, combat ready force on the face of the planet.

Germany was great. I was there from 86-88 in Shaffenburg.

Cold as heck in the winter, but good ppl over there.

As I was a 13B, we were always in the field. 45 days out, 2-3 weeks in, 45 days out.

Times were cool though, went in as a E-1 and made E-5 in 2 years.

I knew it wasn't a career for me, so after 3 years, time to come home.

Started adult bbs systems right after that :))

10th Mountain Division from 90 - 95
Got some of Somalia, Panama and Haiti while with the 10th

Then I changed my MOS from 13B (artillery) to 93C (air traffic control)

South Korea 95 - 96

Finished up with 6 months doing radar approach control for a municipal airport in nowhere alabama... started doing porn sites in late 96 while i was still in, got out in April 97, been self employed ever since :)

I love it, I make more in a day than I used to make in a month in the army
