Have your friend send an email to the admin, it took a couple days for mine to get approved.

They really need to open things back up and assign a few mods that are only allowed to delete spambots. The lockdown is causing the economy here to suffer.

It took like almost 2 weeks of my account not getting activated until I finally emailed a mod and a few days later, was active.

Consider it done...
