Vidz.com payments?
 

Well, of course I know Vidz had to get through big big trouble due to the RCN mess. Anyway, I'm still waiting for my August (!!) payments, and I was told before the sites went down payments (first payouts to Paxum) will go out on the 18th.

Of course I understand that it was not possible to send it that day, because it was during the downtime. Now sites are back online for almost a week, so I'd like to ask again when we can finally expect the payments being sent? Unfortunately Pix appears to be offline in ICQ all the time :(

Well, I'm the last one who wouldn't understand that they need a few days/weeks off after this nightmare. However, paying affiliates before that or at least leaving a message in their news area about when payments will be sent would've been nice. :2 cents:

We are still working actively on setting back every function Vidz offers
This downtime was painfull to us and we still focus on fixing.

Pix and vidz.com paid me several times on time.
I have no problems with them.

Their first priority should be setting things right for their paying customers. If not, they could suffer terrible losses and end up like so many other programs that have not been able to weather this 2010 shitstorm.

I agree and I think most undertsand they are under alot of pressure to get back to 100% opperations.

I wouldent be worried about getting paid to be honest.
Especially after all that happened, if everything is not restored right and right away it could mean way worse things would happen.

How did that hosting company mess up that hard anyways?

yeah no fucking replys from the support i mite bump this every hour till i get one

No replies, no nothing. One period (first half of October) doesn't even appear in the Payment stats, although I made sales.

Sorry, Vidz.com is a total mess right now. I understand that getting the main site back up has priority, but it's up and running again for about 2 weeks now. Maybe not every feature in the members area is fully working again - but if turning every tiny member area feature back on has priority over paying your affiliates, that sucks balls :disgust

Dude, what does "coming soon" mean? You once told me first payouts through Paxum will go out on or around 18th of October. I know you told me that before the crash of RCN, but I still don't get why it's delayed again.

Please be a little more precise, about what coming soon means. You sent out wires to Paxum/CashX already?

Got 2 vidz checks today from webmasterchecks. Im still owed 2 checks according to their admin and it looks like the checks i got are for newer pay periods and the 2 im owed are from older pay periods.

i got a check today from a recent pay period, still missing 2 from older periods.

im waiting on Paxum payments that where spose to be sent ...this is from AUG !!

Just talked to pix on ICQ.

Here's what he told me in brief:

- NATS is still not fully recovered after their downtime due to the hack at RCN. Their focus was to first bring the site and members area back up, including all members area functions, to avoid chargebacks and problems with Visa/MC.

- Latest payments (periods compiled by NATS after their downtime) were paid on time.

- The payment period during downtime has not been compiled correctly so far, sales amounts are there and not lost though.

- They are currently working on fully restoring NATS including all payment data, including those periods which have already been stored before the downtime. All of these payment periods will be paid out in full once this is done.

Dunno if it helps anybody, but I thought I'd let you know.
