Why is it easier to reach companies on GFY than their own email and telephone numbers
 

Anyone know why many companies we do business with, are easier to reach on gfy as opposed to their own telephone number and email support?

It boggles the mind.

I think all companies should add gfy to their contact info, because I swear that has been the only fool proof method for getting questions answered with the swiftness.

maybe you annoy them.
