Does any1 promote PC repair tools? Please read

Hey guys,

I was thinking about promoting PC repair to my visitors (I have blogs with a lot of regulars) and I thought of informing them of the dangers of downloading torrents and going to tube sites, etc. - basically telling the truth, that they can get viruses from visiting those type of free & illegal sites.

I've found a few pc repair revshare programs that would be interested in adult traffic and can even make me some custom promo tools for this very idea...

What do you guys think? Is this worthwhile to offer my visitors? And do you think this type of promo will work on my traffic?

Does anyone have experience in promoting this sort of product?

Thanks for any advice. :)

Reminds me of a few years ago when everybody started pushing pc cleaners after the zango incident. What they all failed to realize is that those 'pc cleaners' blocked cookies by default. So once the user installed one of those program, the chances of an affiliate ever making a buck of of that user every again, became very slim....

hi Bob, actually the specific program I want to promote doesn't touch user cookies - so my revenue will be safe.

Isn't Nats/MPA3 track via IP too and not only via cookie?
