Asked this in another thread but they never responded...

As I have mentioned, CashX uses BMO as well in Canada for our CAD eWallet funds, but we use our bank in the United States for our USD eWallet funds. This way all USD funds in our eWallet are insured with our deposit holding bank.

So if I'm in Canada and open an account it's a CAD wallet as opposed to USD? Or do I get to select that since this biz is primarily USD driven?

Within a weeks time, CashX members will be able to load their CashX eWallet funds on to their credit cards as well as their prepaid cards. We are in the process of completing this integration in our system.

Does that mean I would be able to load my Payoneer or Paxum prepaid cards with funds from the CashX wallet?

A CashX member can have their primary CashX eWallet balance in any one of the 47 currencies that we offer. If you wish to have your primary CashX eWallet in CAD or USD, that is up to you! You can also have both of these currencies as active currencies in your eWallet account and convert between the two. If you were from Australia, you can have your primary CashX eWallet balance in AUD and if you are from Europe, you can have your primary CashX eWallet balance in EUR, and USD as your secondary balance.

As we are a global payments provider and do business in many different countries, CashX offers it's members these many different options to choose from to manage their funds the way they would like.

You need to contact the bank that is the owner of your card and ask them if they allow funds to be loaded by a 3rd party. In the case of our CashX Prepaid cards, and with the agreement we have with the bank, we are the only company that can load our cards due to AML policies in place.

If emc2payouts says they can do it then do you think you will be able to as well?

It is the same process, so I do not see why not. As long as MasterCard allows this, then it should be ok. I will go one step further and contact Choice Bank Ltd. directly and get you a solid answer as to what they will allow for 3rd party loading to their cards!

Tempest - I'll go ahead and answer your question in regards to loading your cashX account via paxum or payoneer.

Yes you can.

Actually, the question was whether or not I could load the Paxum or Payoneer cards from a CashX wallet. But it's nice to know the other one as well.

I'm not sure how the cashX wallet is - current answer is No you can't load paxum from your CashX account. Only forms of loading we currently support is certified check and wire. We are getting are working on getting other methods setup that would allow this though so hang tight :)

I have just added you to ICQ.

You do NOT need to pay $98 for the card. This is ONLY if you want Optional Express Courier Shipping.
