St Kitts balance = $0.00 when in fact
 

St Kitts says balance is $0.00 when in fact I had $1000 on one virtual visa and $100 on another account.

Is St Kitts lying about balances or is Epass not giving them the correct balance info?

Anyone else having the same issue? I'm not going to lose sleep over 1k but it would be nice to get it back.

For me ePassporte showed $1800 before it no longer showed balances and St Kitts tells me there is only $1100

ePass took the money! I think they can do that!

SO they are doing what they want , when and if they want to.

Its time to start telling them how it is, not take their shit aswell, because they are just as much holding onto YOUR money as Chris is ..

Balances that do not reconcile can quickly cause the plug to be pulled.

No offense but SCREENSHOTS of your before balance or you're pretty well fucked. Otherwise I could say I too had a quarter million in my account, it's now showing $0 and I want my fucking money!

We had the same problem and when the balances came back on-line there was less than before, we tried to contact epass about it but got no reply and when we were able to talk to St Kitts they then gave us another balance which was even less, it looks like some funds were siphoned off somewhere in this whole mess

A statement from the very start would be more credible since the items should reconcile to show the final balance.

Course it's far too late for that now...

I highly doubt that the funds can just "disappear". They were with the card that is authorized by VISA and the amount that is there can't be touched if not used by you, or someone else (fraud). I got the correct balance for my account (way more than 10k).

So, either someone spent your money (hacked your epass, or something) or you simply didn't have the money to begin with. The money is not a ghost. Whether it exists, or it doesn't.

This would explain what happened to my vv account. I had about 800 bucks in there, used about 600 of it for online purchases, then returned to use the other 200 and its not there. I even tried a 20 dollar purchase and the card was declined. So it appears that the balance was suddenly lessened somewhere along the line.

So i will be calling st kitts monday. At least i got the majority of it, i hope people stuck with more $$ get their money.

And in fact, I received a return from a car rental station to my virtual visa account AFTER epassporte was frozen!
