Farewell ... but not goodbye by any means ...
 

OK ... this may come as a bit of a shock to several of you that have known me since the beginning of this board, but this post is to announce the end of my involvement in the board pissings ...

I have had it spelled out to me by a few clients, and business associates (whom I also consider some of my very best friends) ...

The time that I have dedicated to the several board pisses I have got quite passionate about, has worked unfavorable against my moving forward in the adult industry ... I think that MANY more people here besides me need to come to that realization ... that boards should be used an an invaluable networking tool .... not a type-written soap opera ...

I am not going anywhere at all .... I will still be here, but my demeanor will be much more professional and focused. I will not be coming to GFY (or other like boards) to try to be the "class clown" or to partake in the very unprofessional board pissings that this place prides itself on ...

I know some of you are going to try to push my buttons, and challenge the validity of such a statement from me, but I will prevail ... you are simply going to have to go find another piss-on to play into your games ... I will be to busy implementing the plans that our organization has for this year, as well as the years to follow.

I know that several of you are going to continue on the bashing of my character in my absentia, and I fully accept and expect that. It is funny how my largest opponents here are ALL people whom I have never met, nor had any direct dealings with ...

It is easy to hate somebody you have never met, and no nothing about, other than the hearsay and half truths of others ... yet those who I have met face to face, done business with, partied with, and/or sharded my dreams and ambitions with, remain very supportive and have not run out to stick the wooden stake in my heart. In times like these I have learned TONS about people's true colors.

That statement was directed directly at a couple people of whom I am sure upon reading this post, will know that it was them I was referring to. I thought you were friends, but when the going got tough, you found it easier to go with the general popular opinion, rather than dig into the facts and make your own decisions. As well as business colleages, I considered you close friends. It is a shame that now I am not so sure. maybe the damage done can be forgotten one day .,, only time will tell.

But I do not want to make myself out to be a martyr ... I am far from it. I have made a few mistakes, and I know this. I am now doing what I have to do to rectify these mistakes.

Tomorrow will be a new day.

To those who have supported me through this, I am more grateful to have you as friends and associates than you will ever know. :)

POST SCRIPT : Anybody needing to get hold of me, for the most part already know how to do so .... I am away from home until tomorrow, but will be checking ICQ and email later on, and have my cellphone with me as well.

Lensman (Joe), Please do not read this as me "leaving" GFY, I will not be doing that. Even though this place has changed drastically from the board we knew and loved 2 years ago, I still have all the respect and admiration in the world for you, and this board (for the most part) as well. I am merely changing the reasons I will be posting here ...

I have known you for several years now, and I have also done some business with you as well. I had nothing negative to say on those other threads, so I didn't post. Even if I had a concern with you or anyone else I would have taken steps to communicate off the boards as well.
