and before anyone starts with did you contact them, yesi tried to reach both ross and hitman all night long, hitman was online most of the time and in the end went to away status.

me thinks this issue combined with the whooping conversions (probably because of this) should be looked into immediatly.

getting our tech team on this now, easy fix, both Ross and HitMan both tend to sleep during the night, it is an unfortunate draw back but necessary I'm afraid...

all fixed, it wasn't like that for long so probably more to the ratio issue than just that. Ross is our local expert on mobile so he should be able to help out with that.
