Dear Account Holders,

Please login to your ePassporte Account to review your Account Balance and complete the wire disbursement and Account Closure form.

Please DO NOT contact the offices of United bank or Mr. Gregory Elias. Correspondence sent to these parties will slow down the process ePassporte controls. There are also a number of websites posting contact information for people who are not longer employed by ePassporte. Contacting or harassing these individuals will delay your request.

We would like to assure each and every Account Holder that all funds will be returned. We are also working to restore the ability to view balances and submit documents online. We hope to have this functionality available before the end of the week and will post updates on our home page when available. Please continue to check the ePassporte.com website daily for new messages or information.

If you have funds on your Visa Virtual Account, please contact St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank. Their contact information and messages about these balances are available on their website: www.sknanb.com.

Too many of you have been contacting Mr. Gregory Alias and have been delaying payments, so none have been sent out. Expect them to be sent out in the next week.

Those that don't see anything inside, have you sent wire documents already. I would REALLY REALLY hate to have to upload shit again now. All that does is reassure me i won't get payed at all, because there's absolutely no reason for people that sent documents, had their wires "approved" to have to do it all again if they are as "swamped" with requests as they say and are working on a skeleton team.

I also have all my documents in...you know the ones I have uploaded 30 times in the last 5 years.

That's a little tricky.

A) I don't need to fill out a new wire request.
They already approved mine over a month ago.
B) They ask you to close your account with them.

Part C) will give them the perfect reason to say "oops, you did not receive your wire? But we sent it to you! And you are no longer customer, so we cannot do anything for you..."

Forget about past wire requests...submit this one for total funds

It's fairly obvious it's not going to work on the wire option.

If they're honest, they'll send you a check.

I just logged my epass account and saw all my old requests together with last one from beginning of Sep - received and approved.
So why should I send all docs again? Just for new form (closing account agreement)? I received many wires from epass so I believe my bank info should be approved and accepted as legitimate, right?

And why Epass didn't start this procedure since the beginnig - if only authorized users submit their documents there won't be many fraud requests.
Plus fact all info will be more correct and easy to manage - every wire request is in the authorized user's account.

Now it's a mess - I sent them my wire request to walletrequest@... should I send it (upload it) again via their site?

why can't they allow us to access the message center??

When money is owed, then instructions are given and money is paid. End of story.

If epass is reading this, you're wasting your breath trying to tell people who not to contact by threatening them with further delays. You dismantled your company, yet you currently hold millions that don't belong to you. People are going to panic and/or fight back by any means necessary. Anyone associated to the company is fair game.

The upsetting thing is that we all have to come here to get our news about epassporte. It sucks!
I expect to receive an email from them that wire requests are open again - but nothing.
