Hosting support response time, your experiences
 

Don't spam hosting here, i'm asking the customers.. Really curious about those top notch hosts out there

Hostgator. End of story.

I use them. They are solid. For garbage stuff.

I have been with NatNet for 2 years now and anytime I need anything boom it's done. The longest I have had to wait is 4 mins.

FCI a few minutes or less...:thumbsup:thumbsup

corenetworks.net - 5 min responses.

Natnet & Cyberwurx have response times that are < 2mins flat. I've sent both support tickets at 3-4am usa time (due to my time zone) and have had the same speedy response.

AmerNOC always responds in less than 5 minutes. Their support is top notch. I've been with them for over 8 years now and couldn't be happier.

NatNet always has the fastest support, been with them more than 10 years I think.
With diffrent seo projects I have used upto 50 hosts at once and thousands over the years
National-net always was and still is 1#

Looks good, agreed with Natnet, they are very fast.
Anyone opinions about ISPrime?

I opened an account with certified the other week. Had a problem connecting to my wordpress databases. E-mailed support and within 1/2 hour they had not only explained what was wrong, they had fixed it for me (which involved going through all my files and changing the connection string.)

Choopa = 5 mns or less anytime i open a ticket

really if it takes more than an hour to get a response thats not a host that is mas.nned 24/7 and at some point your going to have problems later. sure once in a while it might take longer but in general ONE HOUR or less is the response time from the better hosting companies

Webair - usually within 30 seconds.

Chris at webair is always on it! I never have to wait!

MojoHost.com - few minutes.

I have been with Phat for ages. Never more than a few mins Max 5 before my email has a reply
