All of their servers were being hacked. The only thing to get to your data is using their backups. Problem is, they cannot restore all clients, even if it takes months. You could contact isprime, and hope they can get you up and running again. The way I see it, RCN will cease to operate untill all clients are moved over. No way they are going to pay for those thousands of leased servers, and all that extra manpower.
