How the fuck do you get your wallet funds out, through your Visa?

they probably think you can access vv money true visa card, or some mega stuff made wallet funds now in vv too :D

Confusing for sure... no info on balance.. no info on fees.. nada... lol

It's impossible to get the funds out of Epassporte right now it seems.

They may be sending the money to the VV Card under request, isn't that far of a fetch.

Yea, there was another poorly written letter to someone else.

Maybe they want you to read it like this:

"At this time, you may withdraw funds

(A) from your Wallet through a wire disbursement request
(attached),

or

(B) through your existing ePassporte Visa card."

business account or personal ?

Gosh, it's all terribly professional isn't it. If anyone can post a link to what a wire disbursement request looks like, I'd be very interested to see it.

Got the same email, gonna run the cards later today!
