A lot of hosts are scum. Marketsmart has it right. Then whatever you do get the hell away from there assuming this is true.

cause all their clients are running. but I dont know thats just a guess. if true thats a good reason for others to never give them a try. They go offline and they wont give you backups without a contract? Does the contract say you need to purchase hosting with them for 12 months. I remember in the old days hosts would have contracts that automatically renewed for another year. It wouldn't go month to month. My task today is to back up another 100 blogs. I'm 3/4 backed up if my host goes offline I dont have to wait for them I can just move.
