Alertpay money exchange

I have alertpay and need xoom, willing to pay 5 - 10% on transfer.

I added my vv card to my alertpay and this is the only way I know how to transfer funds into my bank. If anyone else has any suggestions please let me know :)

I use alertpay to get my money without problem.I could do transfer but last time i tried to use xoom it was not working,apparently you need to have a card which have address on it recorded and i dont have such card.
