Those of you who had to send in information to SKNANB
 
I had to send in the extra identification and did so on Friday. I was just wondering if any of you who had to do the same got your card turned back on and if so, how long did it take?

Sent docs in last week.

Just got an email saying they can't match my name to the card.

Fucking assholes, called the bank and the girl who answered had no problem finding me on the system - correct number - correct name. I asked to speak to the verification dept and was told they have no one available to talk?? - how else should one sort this problem out then? send more emails and wait weeks for a reply?

Does anyone even know as yet why the bank cut epassporte off?
You would have thought they would have put something in place to take care of the obviously impending wave of cardholders that want their own fucking money back in a timely manner.

They seem almost put out that you call and enquire about your own money they have taken hostage. I hope some fucker sues them for damages or gets their ability to work with visa closed down in the future (after or if we ever get our cash back). I can only imagine the stress for people that kept large sums on the card.

I'm only seeing 1 or 2 people saying they have access to their cash after all of this time. I'm not a big earner so only have a couple of k locked in there. But still i want it back since i earned it.

I sent docs through e-mail 7 days ago and yesterday I got an e-mail from them informing that I had to sent docs againt to another @sknanb.com e-mail acount.

Amazing, 7 days lost. I must start again.

That is the most fucked up thing i ever heard. They could not just have forwarded the docs themselves? so it's 7 days to tell you that? That is even more annoying than what happened to me.

If after another week we don't have access to our funds we all need to start calling visa and getting them to put pressure on these dumb cunts at sknanb. I know it's always a bit strange getting used to people with different cultures, but these fools are trying my patience. Everytime i speak to them or view their website i really doubt we will get our funds. How visa deals with this kind of bank is beyond me.

I sent all my documents on the 7th of October and was able to access my card 5 days ago after they approved all the extra identification I had to provide. I had over 6k on my card. Hope you guys get your money.

SKNANB stated in the due diligence form that accounts with over 10k need extra verification. Maybe they are still figuring out what that extra verification will be... I actually hope they won't ask for it and just offer a wire right away. Though it does not seem like it.

Exactly my point - the people at this bank are nothing like the people you would speak to at a bank in any developed nation. They just start shouting and becoming pissed off that you have dared to call and ask anything.

Even when i explained i had called because they were now saying that they could not match my name to the card number there was no change in her tone. Just said that there was nobody available to speak to me about it at this moment since they are very busy with all the hassle we've caused by using their services. If i hadn't heard anything after another week then i should call back then... WTF?

Haha, I know the lady you were talking about. She was so cheerful the first time I called but now she's a bit half dead. Must be stressful working there, they are dealing with a shit load of stuff ATM.

I sent verification docs in the 8th

One week later I received confirmation that my account was unblocked. That was a Friday. I had to wait 24 hours to use the card and the next day it did not work. I called Monday and they told me my account settings were off and that they just fixed it and to wait another 24 hours.

Today I finally got my 1st $300. I'll be happy when it is all in my hands.

I sent in my docs on Oct 11th, and got confirmation that they received them. I called yesterday, and was told to expect a wire transfer from SKNANB to my bank account by the end of next week.

I had close to $4k. When they finally replied me, it was already 26th and I had only 5 more days before my card expires. It'll take 13 days to get all my funds back. I called them and complained that they are making it difficult for us. The rep giggled and said "If it wasn't for us, you'd lose all your funds" Damn her, she was right but I still HATE her attitude.

My alternative after my card expires is to use the virtual visa, but I can only use it in november so that it extends until december. If I use it in october, it'll expire the same as my physical card.

I am thinking of using the virtual visa with my paypal and withdraw it there, can anyone confirm that works? Will it still be limited by $320 if I withdraw using paypal?

if u have a payoneer account use the load function and enter ur epassporte virtual card details
u can load 1000$ per time (~35$ fee). make 4 loads and that's it

you will have all ur money in about 1 week (that's the time loads takes)

i did it without any problems
