Well Every Yellow Pages (Owned mostly by Verizon Corp.) has an escort section.

The problem starts when you say "This Escort Takes it up the ass"

Those guys had a review section that people would say "she swallowed..." and all that

they are.

why is it not legal since the girl just comes over your room for some conversations. that's the meaning of "ezcort" . but god knows what people do in their own room

I've browsed escorts.com and they mention if the girl does anal, swallows, uses a condom, etc. I'm surprised they can get away with it.

Here in Australia - where prostitution is legal in most states - there are things you can and can't say on a website.

For example if the girl lives in one state her website cannot display images that show anymore than just her head and shoulders.

In another state a girl cannot recommend other girls so linking to friends' sites is probably unwise.

Offering a massage as part of the service is also illegal in some states so even if she does offer it she can't say so.

Offering or even hinting at offering unprotected sex is illegal in some states and actually finding which laws affect you and which ones don't is almost a matter of luck :(

One state recently amended some important prostitution laws but did not post those amendments on an information website it runs for the industry - meanwhile the police from that state have been quietly checking to see if girls in that state are breaking the new law and the ones that are breaking it are finding themselves in trouble.

It is and it isn't.

This case about Charles Kelly is much different. Kelly had a habit of demanding freebies from lady and agency advertisers. His head grew too large from all the power. Vice stung him by posing as an agency. He started asking for sex and things went downhill from there. He also went on Florida radio taunting the local authorities.

The only reason he got off was that a key witness for the prosecution refused to testify. The judge was forced to throw out the original case because the D.A. didn't file within the allowed limits of the Constitution.

Kelly was smart enough to sell the website earlier this year to a Nevada corporation.

Discussing what escorts do online is fully protected speech. There are several huge online escort review sites (one of which I help moderate: sfredbook.com). The authorities can use the reviews as a point of reference in an investigation but not as evidence. This issue has come up several times across of the years.

When an escort describes what she does is where the problem lies. Since prostitution is only a misdemeanor, most times vice won't make an issue. Vice looks for felony busts that will promote their personal careers. Vice prefers to go after agencies and pimps. D.A.s go after websites because it looks good on the 6 o'clock news.
