Payoneer = Absolutely Useless

5 weeks ago we submitted 6 requests for payoneer accounts / debit cards.
2 weeks later we got emails saying that there was a hold up in the approvals and to be patient, and that they needed to verify all the address again lol.

Its been 5 weeks still no approved accounts, no cards, no nothing.
You call their customer service line and you get some dude in Isreal, who states nothing but pointless obvious facts.

Move out of the way payoneer.. you had a shot to make some money and do some business with epass falling but Ipayout has stepped up and get it together.

You want to deal with payoneer ? good luck ,., they are too busy scheduling birthright trips for punk kids than they are worried about solving your affiliate payment problems..

Payoneed .. what a joke ! Id rather have my money sent to epass right now than them.. And thats if they could get accounts approved in 5 weeks time

Losers!

XX_RydeR 10-16-2010 04:54 AM

They can be verrrrry slow and painful you're right.

seeandsee 10-16-2010 04:59 AM

Cheap 10-16-2010 05:05 AM

www.i-payout.com

http://emc2payouts.com/

EMC2 and i-payout are basically partners.

BIGTYMER 10-16-2010 05:51 AM

I've been using them for over a year without any problems. They have good English speaking support too! :)

I'd say screw the email and give them a call.

They are new but not anywhere near as new as Paxum.

Ron2k1 10-16-2010 05:54 AM

I was approved the same day that I applied. Also received my card within about 2 weeks.

Haven't used it yet though, I have yet to receive my first payment there

mikke 10-16-2010 06:07 AM

anyway, looks like paxum is the winner.. so who cares about payoneer?

The Usual Suspect 10-16-2010 06:11 AM

Same here, almost 4 weeks since I signed up and sent in documents, still not approved...

They did? Haven't heard much about them, other than webcams.com uses them.

Any other sponsors using Ipayout?

Marcin978 10-16-2010 06:13 AM

So they only ask for documents when the account reaches $5k like epassporte did?

That explains why I have received a few payments and made 4 ATM withdrawals so far, but they haven't asked for any verification documents yet.

emill 10-16-2010 06:30 AM

I was approved and i got my card but for now she is useless, sponzors cant pay via them yet :( Support is very slow but about 5-10 days they will answer.

fool me once ....

Tapaz 10-16-2010 07:38 AM

Anyone knows how you open an account at Ipayout? There are no links to open account there..

brassmonkey 10-16-2010 07:42 AM

omg what do you suggest we do? sign up to pa*um?? hmmm

richart3 10-16-2010 07:48 AM

I received the card after 3 weeks, I like Payoneer

Alprazolam 10-16-2010 08:20 AM

its funny to watch all this payoneer - paxum - fucking other crap card here - kind of shit going on here. it shows how desperate some really are, and how many people really have no concept of running a business. i can't wait till people start making threads down the road, should an epass situation repeat itself, which is fairly likely. i'm going to have a field day with them.

ParlourCash Karl 10-16-2010 08:27 AM

So far so good with Payoneer, applied and got aproved in two days with no problmes at all, card sent and received with no problem.

PGR 10-16-2010 08:45 AM

I was approved within 24 hours, and received my mastercard last week. I prefer Payoneer because at least they've been around for a while.

That was one of the reasons I went with them too, longevity. But then p2p isn't too important for me. When I need to pay for services I'll just use paypal, most webmasters accept that.

I hear that. Yet it is true that these services are very useful to some people and they
will miss not having such a service.

I read epass rules and they stated openly that they "are not a bank" and this
means don't "store" money there. So I only lost about $3 in epass because
I did what they advised. I would do the same with any of these other companies.

pornpf69 10-16-2010 09:53 AM

OK Pay and Cash X (links on my sig) are some really good options... they are really fast to approved the accounts...

epitome 10-16-2010 09:57 AM

Immediately after Epass went down I signed up and got my card a week later.

I haven't used it and probably won't ever use it but if I am going to go with an Epass alternative for any reason, it is going to be them as they've been around and they're a name I recognized before this Epass shit went down.

There is no point to promote two services, pick one.

that's not fair, we're trying to get options for you guys as fast as we can.. we can't decide what the next p2p/b2b is gonna be, we're simply going to provide the options our affiliates require

I believe I found a way to cash in checks for only 5 Euros here in Europe.
So all this Paxum versus Payoneer crap does not concern me that much anymore.
Payoneer seems to be the more stable option, because they are also active in mainstream. With Paxum, you just know they will go "poof!" just like epass did, sooner or later.

After reading this thread http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=...light=payoneer there is no chance in hell I am sending them any information about myself.

Is www.i-payout.com related to www.airsealed.com (online pharmacy)? They have the same logo.. just about exactly the same. The circled arrow inside of the red area is even off to the right a bit, just like airsealed.

There is absolutely no affiliation between the two companies. Crazy to see the same logo..

I used my new Payoneer card for the first time the other day to renew my hosting. And Payoneer charged me an extra $7.50 on the transaction! I guess that's what they hide under, and I quote from their pricelist (card from AWE):

Cash Withdrawals or Transactions

Purchase Transaction Free * Per Trx When card is used for purchases
* For purchase transactions and cash withdrawals, up to 3% above market rate will be assessed based on current foreign exchange and cross border rates.

End quote

If they will assess an extra fee for "foreign exchange and cross border rates" when USD is loaded onto my card and I'm debited in USD from my host but still Payoneer charge me for this, then I'll be off to find another solution.
