Without a signed model release from Tiger Woods, how will this be 2257 compliant?

This is just our luck & so unfair :Oh crap

We placed our dvd on sale through paypal, I even rang up & the guy confirmed it was ok considering it was a proper bbfc dvd & not a homemade copy... They contacted me within 2 or 3hours of it being online!

Im trying to connect ccbill with ecommerce but its a pain in the fxxxing arse :(

PGR 10-15-2010 08:05 PM

this tape - if it exists - will never see the light of day. tiger and his peeps will pay her off, which is what she wants. either that, or they'll have her disappeared

How dense are you? Just because they have a PayPal link up doesn't mean they aren't violating the TOS.

No, I was speaking about our own dvd that I placed on our sales site with ecommerce. Paypal do not like adult related sales. As said, its a nightmare trying to integrate ccbill.

His date of birth is in the public domain.

AsianDivaGirlsWebDude 10-16-2010 05:14 AM

Judging by the month long pre-order period (Oct 15 - Nov 15), they are trying to see how many suckers will bite, without seeing even a frame of the purported video to determine if it is authentic.

As far as I'm aware, CCBill doesn't work with tangible goods. At least that was the case a few years back.

That's probably why it's a pain in the ass, because it's not possible :winkwink:

You're right. They can sale memberships/subscriptions.

So sell a membership to the site and the surfer can download the DVD when
logged in or they can fill out the shipping form in the members area.

That should work.

closer 10-16-2010 07:31 AM

CCBill does do tangible goods since like very recent

Yes closer, they do tangible goods. I have an account all set up ready for our tangible good, candyflip. But, its impossible to set up & connect with ecommerce. There are no options in ecommerce for this & ccbill seem to only be able to set up the account on the server & not onto the pages.

If anyone has managed to connect it all together please contact me as this could be great for affiliates to be able to make money on our dvd also :2 cents:

by the looks of the site, they aren't rocket scientists at this.
