What do you think of the new Guitar Hero 6: Warriors of Rock ?

I'm liking it. Very cool that the entire RUSH 2112 is on there.

I'm not buying anymore Guitar Hero. I have every one of them for PS3 until now. I'm switching platforms and waiting for Rock Band 3's release. Fender is making a real Stratocaster with technology in the neck to pick up your fingering and thus makes it both a real guitary AND a controller. The pro mode will actually teach you how to play guitar step by step. Kind of leaves Guitar Hero behind.

If playing a real guitar is your thing, but GH is a game. I never got into Rock Band.

It's just a game. You saying you don't play any video games at all? GH is one of the only ones I play. Mostly because it's fun, I love music, and it's good stress relief. You're right about my cock, though. That's fun too.

I have it, it's not too bad but no real changes from GH5. IMO what is killing GH series is the lack of DLC compared to Rock Band.

I also seem to have lost my booklet so I can't import my GH5 tracks to WOR, which is a pain in the ass.

I'm going to sell off my GH equipment and games though and buy all new RB3 instruments, for the above fact of the realism - and access to a MUCH larger set of songs. I do think GH > RB gameplay wise, but in the end, it's the songs I care about and GH lost that battle by being cheap as hell.

That said, I'm currently #6 - #12 on about 6 tracks for the vocals on the worldwide leaderboards :)

Impressive. I play most songs on expert, but my ratings are nowhere near that high.

They're actually also releasing an actual Strat that doubles as a controller too.
