ePassfail have learnt from how iBill scammed people, just continue with hoops for people to jump through until the money is gone out of reach of those they owe it to.

I'd be surprised if the vast majority of people actually see any money.

epass is running on a skeleton crew right now and I'm sure they are not working on the weekend.

They said Oct. 18th, but didn't mention the year ... I suppose it's 2011. Have patience.
