icq 363530638 is online, but no one is responding
[email protected] 3 emails went unanswered since last month
[email protected] no response

I always deal with Matt over there. Maybe he can help you get the right person's attention.

His email is his first name @nastydollars.com.

Their affiliate customer service is now one of the worst in the industry, they don't seem to give a fuck anymore.

I think Ernesto outsourced the task to some completely incompetent useless tards. I stopped bothering trying to contact them in 2004.

I don't write them often but I have never had a problem getting a response using those email addresses, I even received a reply from accounting on a Sunday a few weeks ago.

i had never problem with hafty, till now ... want to change my payments to wire, but its over a week and he is online, but no replies so far. other contacts never worked for me ... dont know whats up, they are really fucking their affiliates right to the head now ... :Oh crap

btw its pissing me more cause i had to receive payment via wire already, but cause no reply i have to still cashing checks ... and i cannot change to checks, as there is option, but i cannot change tax thing, its fixed in my account, so its their systems mistake, but i have to pay for it ... oh crap ... :Oh crap

They usually don't answer... good luck though

Good luck man. Took me a few months to get hold of them. Just tried an "online" support person on ICQ 30 mins ago and got no answer.

Robert is the one I contact over there too when I need something, actually he contacted me first with an offer in the past. He always responded to my questions when I had some, even if it took longer sometimes, he always helped me with what I needed.
