even if you do, it will take MONTHS before they can do anything about it. I can tell you first hand, dealing with a ponzie scheme, its going on now almost 3 years and they have yet to take action... and the amount in total is more than what is going on with epass.

they have to build up such a solid case that there are no cracks, or everything is wasted... which for them, somehow takes years even when there is solid evidence in front of them :(

30 days total for complete liquidation. 4 Days until the supposed "definitive date for wire requests".

That leaves a few weeks to contact the FBI, Curacao Attorney..etc.
No sense in having the Feds crawling around (they probably are already anyway) and freezing up things.

If you say right why no peoeple is doin anything ?

One think that i don't understand is why no official newspaper speaks about the story putting some pression to Mallick gang ....

All people that can do somethink stay silent waiting the 18th of october.... and there unded of stupid peoeple that post a write what they think in this board all time...

No they will freeze the fucking funds, do a 5 year investigation, then appoint a court receiver...

u wont see the money for a long ass time... and even then the receiver will have u send docs showing how u earned it.. and if u are doing something shady, goodluck...

people think the fbi has the power to just pop in one day, then next day start wiring u guys.. no.. they have to investigate, freeze funds, etc

I don't live in USA and i don't know english very well...but i think that for people living in USA is not so difficult to call FBI or take a flight to go in Curacao considering that are all adult webmaster that gain thousan USD every day..

i will lose over 20.000 usd in my wallet but i'm in europe and i cannot do anything..

well what if their going to keep it?? i say the 19th if nothing is payed some kind of action needs to be made as a group or alone.
