one of the stories out of 1812 was they set up camp aways from this fort with triple the amount of campfires they needed. by the time morning rolled around, fort surrendered.

Well Canada kicked US ass all over the place during the war of 1812, even burned down that crappy white house.

what I hate most about threads like these is it dishonours a lot of good Canadian soldiers, and as far as soldiers come ours are respected all over the world. Both Canadians and Americans have been fighting side by side in just about every major war since their independence so comparing the two is just a waste of time.

Just for the record Canada has no nukes. Besides, they're too damn expensive. A small but well-trained military yes, but to my knowledge we have no WMD here.

I'm sure if the USA ever cut their military budget by 95% then we might possibly consider aquiring some.

Yeah Canada doesn't have nukes, but the capability to build them.

But on another note. during WWI german troops called the canadians at vimy and elsewhere storm troopers and were not fond of fighting them.
