Maybe my question is already answered but I cant find it. Help !

What happens if you don't have money in your wallet because you never moved it there and never ordered a visa card? I only transfered monies to affilaites not withdrawl cash.

I also I wired over 6K to my ep account to fund a batch of EP payouts for one of my customer's. EP never gave me credit for that wire to my account. Also I had a balance in there with a few thousand. I did pay back my customer for those affiliates that did not get paid, but now I'm out thousands :(.

EP is only providing support for the "visa" users and I'm not one of them ?

Does anyone have another way to contact them other then the credit card bank ?

So pissed like everyone else. Any infor would be greatly appreciated. Good luck everyone.

Epassporte is not providing support for the visa users. SKNANB (st kitts Nevis Aguila National Bank) is providing support for the visa users.

The rest of the money (wallet) is being held by epassport (or at least what's left of it).

To get you money from the wallet they set up a special email address: "[email protected]".

Soooo... The money was on the virtual visa then??? If that's the case, then the St. Kitts banks is dealing with all that... Hope you have your virtual card info etc. Sucks about the xfr that "dissappeared".. Depending on the timing, maybe it actually is on the VV.

My money went to the old fortis bank and they closed two days later. $5400.00 is in the hands of the owner. It never got credit any place at all.
