They have some pretty high traffic sites but as far as it being worth it, it really just depends on what your promoting. The traffic is definately there though. You just need to convert it into sales. If you have shit for content, submit passes will not work or you - (nor will any other sites similar to them) - but if your promoting content that converts, they will be a great marketing tool for you. I know that I have always done well with using them - as well as many of my affiliates.
You also need to carefully choose which sites you are going to be submitting to so that the content that your promoting will blend in well with the site that your submitting to. Obviously, promoting amateur content on a pornstar babe type of site isn't going to do so well.
