No shit... If I were TCG I'd have a sticky here letting everyone know that we are upgrading and that shit is being counted and that when it's all in place large checks will be going out so please bare with us...

Yes its starnge when there is impossible to login for a week (or more??) and nothing is being announced (at least much)

Actually we can't login since september 9th, so it's already month "Upgrading".. :(

TCG is the shit. Because of this fact nobody has made a serious thread that has taken a lot of traction.... But come on! Patience is wearing very thin and you are really asking a lot.

If there is shit hitting the fan, be open and honest and believe it or not, most people will work with you through it. Keep us all in the dark and it starts to look like you are a sneaky bitch.

I remember other programs switching to different tracking software including NATS did not take that long, something is strange here

when I emailed I got quick reply but still it's been ages here with the upgrade.

This whole NATS move is a bullshit excuse if you ask me.

The NATS move is not a BS excuse. The original dbase for TCG is over 10 year old custom code which is HUGE. When we tried to move to new updated dbase we had several major hardware failures. We even move to another machine with same dbase, then it failed. Everything is backed up and sales being recorded but in order to now move to NATS we have to build a temp dbase before we can integrate to NATS.

Yes, this should have been handled better, trust me I've been stressing this since day one. But it will be back, I don't have exact date but we have 4 coder on it.

We don't post much here about because of all the BS conspiracy theory on this board, but anyone who has contacted me has got a reply and been told the same thing

All the BS conspiracies are only getting worse if you guys don't or hardly reply.
