would you most like to travel to before you die?

Alaska I'm going to this winter. I'd like to go to one of 'stans to snowboard, as well as Bombay.

Russia and Australia.

I need to do a long trip to France and visit the tons of family I have over there, someday...

Everywhere really. I guess I'm most curious about the big asian cities like Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo.

I have traveled extensively, and there are many places I still want to visit for the first time, however the place I am most interested in seeing is Mainland China.

I lived in Japan for five years, and visited most of the countries in Asia, but I was never able to visit China due to my security clearance. Now with that out of the way, I simply need to make time to travel.

cool beans. another place i really wanted to go to the last time i was in Asia, was Burma. we never got around to it, too much time spend in Laos and Cambodia.

so many places really. i haven't had much of a chance to travel i guess...i hope you realize how luck you are being able to go anywhere whenever you want.

for sure. you really should try to do a bit of travel though. you can go to a cool 3rd world country on the cheap, stay in a clean hostel or hut for almost nothing, cheap food, cheap beer/wine, cheap everything. ex: hitting up s.e. asia, the only expensive bit is getting there. and if you wait for a good deal, you can get there semi-reasonable priced.

Central/South America is still a good region for an american traveller to cut their teeth on... Hell you can nab a cheap flight and do a week backpacker style for like $800.

France, Italy, Germany, U.K and Egypt.

Iraq, Afgan, Sudan, Chechnya, Palestinian Territories, Uganda, and Niger - some of top vacation spots for families on a budget.

To LAS VEGAS, FRANCE, SOME EXOTIC OCEAN COAST AND SIMILAR

Also Tibet, Nepal, China, Norway, Iceland and many many other places :)

Europe - Mediterranean countries (visited all of them, I want more!), Scandinavian countries, Swiss (I love the Alps)

How was Loas? My last trip through Cambodia and Vietnam didn't leave me enough time to go there.

Some places I really would like to go are China, Tibet, Uganda (watch the mountain gorillas) and Lapland. But tbh there is really a whole lot I still want to see lol

Damn right, flights are usually the most expensive for us. Last year I spent 3,5 weeks in Indonesia which cost me the same as 3 days Hongkong lol

Laos is my favorite country of all of se asia, easily. it may actually be my favorite country in the world (after Canada of course :) i've said it before, but it's still true: i could live in Venetiane. nicest city i've ever been to, and ultra cheap.

Chile is my destination for snowboarding, had a buddy went last year, hiked an active volcano, then rode the fucking volcano on the way back down. There was snow on the fucking thing. Came back with enough awesome pictures to make a destination on my list.

I agree. I wanna see most of the world before I die. I have seen quite a few places - some very nice among them too - but there is still so much more to see.

Btw, Singapore is not typically asian. I like to call it the "Asian Monaco", because everything is so clean there unlike in many other asian cities. Be sure to take a ride in the "Singapore Flyer" when you are there. :thumbsup

i've been to las lenas 3 times now, best shit ever. insane storms, which are both a blessing and a curse. the whole mountiain shuts down for days at a time, and all you do is drink beer lol. insane nightlife for such an isolated place. terrible food. crazy lines though. i know a guy who sets up Canucks (he's in Whis) for trips up there. spends 6 months in Whis, 6 months in Argentina.

it's gotten kind of spendy now though, now that it's been discovered. i want to check out a stan or two next. we are doing this very expensive heli trip to Valdez in March (you have to do it once in your life), after that i'm going to hit up the ww 2, skethcy heli adventures ;)
