They don't tend to work through ICQ. For billing either phone or e-mail works best (one of the few companies that does seem to actually reply to mails although sometimes takes a few days). For other stuff just jump into IRC during normal west coast office hours. There's nearly always someone there to help. IRC channel details are on their site.

thinking back to about 18 months ago........ they never replied to emails.
