Still trying to straighten it out but he is still using my custom promos that I have hand picked, edited, encoded, injected metadata and using it to promote his site. He is not even promoting the affiliate program that the videos belong to.

that sucks that he takes your hard work, you do take a lot of pride in your site(s) and the process to create your videos. maybe you should start doing secure streaming so people cant dl them.
