I had my client trying loading it and what is what i got from you:

The primary use of your Payoneer card is for receiving payouts from our partners. We will consider additional private loads to your account once the account becomes active in receiving payouts from AWEmpire.

Please note that when private payments are approved, they might be subject to additional limits based on Payoneer's fraud prevention policies.
