We just had one open around the block... Beth and I are we're both extremely skeptical of the burgers while construction was under way, seeing all the self touting, we rock propaganda they litter the joint with, but the food lived up to the hype.

Great burgers, hands down best fries I have ever had... Interesting options, we will be big repeat customers. Are all the places similar, or are they going to peter out and become just another In-N-Out?

Fuck yes bulk peanuts. I miss the peanut bar in town, they got tired of cleaning peanuts of the floor and switched to popcorn. fucking lame. Peanuts made you drink more beer than popcorn anyways, dumb cunts just didn't want to sweep the floors...

I have a few Five Guys around me, best damn food for a burger/fries joint. Plus free peanuts. Who can go wrong?

I love the fact that their fries are cut fresh on the spot. Fuck that flash-frozen shit.

Lol I was kinda wondering what was up with the peanuts... We got our order bag, and every inch of available space inside the bag was covered in shelled peanuts... I've seen that at bars and BBQ places before, but never a burger joint. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

The burger web site seems good enough. A web site can transmit video and audio. However, my computer cannot transmit taste.

We have them here and they rock.

Could be they were scared of killing some asshole with a peanut allergy, or getting a lawsuit.

I see on the 5 guys website it mentions something about them not allowing customers to take peanuts outside. lol.

I've had better burgers elsewhere, maybe the two 5 guys by me just suck.

We got one last year...fukken awesome. Red Robin has some bomb burgers too.

Decent burgers but little over hyped, innout still hands down for the price, 5guys for the price competes against better quality places.... slater 50/50 in anaheim hills runs circles around 5guys...

It's my favorite burger place by far....so so good.

2 favorites are now officially Fuddrucker's and Five Guys

I love 5 guys. I allways try to catch as many as I can when I am in the US. Their fries are the best I know. I think they us peanut oil or something to fry them. The burgers are great too.

They closed all the Fudruckers a long time ago here :(
Five Guys is great and always busy here in Orlando :thumbsup

They are getting ready to open the first 5 guys here, its under construction right now..looking forward to trying it out.

My experience has been that the burgers are good and the fries are very good but they are WAY over priced for what you get. There are any number of local places that I would go to first before even considering 5 Guys.
