I am happy to say that thanks to B of A wanting nothing to do with Epassporte I never did get my account set up properly. So I lost nothing but the time it took to fill out the stupid forms and pretend to understand the idiotic mumblings of the dot-headed incompetents who answered their phones.

I value that time at about $1,000 but it might as well be $1,000,000 because nobody is going to pay me for it.

What I want to say here is that you guys are doing it wrong. Why do you want to sue SKNB (or whatever its called) who doesn't give a fuck about you and has no reputation to protect anywhere with anyone? Why? What brand are you damaging?

You need to sue Visa. And publicize the shit out of the lawsuit. Remember that shit rolls downhill. And all of us are downhill from Visa. Visa has but to wiggle its little finger to make oceans of money move in whatever direction it wants. Sue them for negligence, lost income, pain and suffering, whatever. Just get their legal department pissed off and you will see some shit starting to move.

You call yourselves webmasters? Make the top Google result for "Visa prepaid" be links to how Visa scammed holders of prepaid visa cards without notice and without accepting any responsibility.

Start a viral campaign of Youtube videos of burning Visa cards.

Find forum posts of Visa fucking people and bump them.

And the same goes for Chris (who is getting his share of bad press I am sure) and Gregory Elias and ALL KNOWN ASSOCIATES AND FAMILY MEMBERS AND OTHER BUSINESS INTERESTS OF ANY OF THEM.

If you can rank for "Pussy" and "horny teen virgins" think how easily you can rank for "Gregory Elias".

Make them all suffer. Make their entire families unable to use Facebook, or Myspace or any social networking without being harrassed to the brink of suicide and beyond.

Send obscene and abusive messages to your opt-in lists and fake the sender so it looks like Mallick sent it.

Harrass their friends until they are social pariahs.

Set up an outodialer to call every known phone # of any bank involved in this shit with a collection message until all their published phone lines are unuseable. Add any personal #'s of top execs to the list.

Comment the shit out of Mallick's movies on IMDB and rotten tomatoes until people know more about epassporte then they know about his shitty flicks.

After that, use your imaginations.

As I said we are all downhill form Visa and so are all of them. A month of inaccessible funds with no explanation and continued inaccessibility for many along with increased fees and pitiful daily limits. Documentation requirements instated after deposits were made.

Visa has zero connection to ePass.. In fact they never really did, they're connected to the bank that issued the cards for ePass.. Applying preasure there is a complete waste of time now as they have no power to exert over a company that's shutting it's doors.. In addition, the bank has reactivated the Visa cards and money is flowing for the most part.

The issue now is the wallet money and no one is sure where that money is.

You was doing well up until this point, Its not the families fault. How would you feel if on a Bible forum somewhere a fanatic was suggesting that your wife or daughter (or third cousin twice removed) should be harrassed till they consider suicide just because you own porn sites?

Visa probably has around 5,000 lawyers all of whom will bill 2 minimum hours at $500 each anytime anything regarding visa crosses their minds. Once you are on their minds, its cheaper to pay you off.
