Question about St-Kitts Verification Documents?

Do the 2 pages required for explaining where the money came from and what we're going to do with them need signatures?

Also, they ask for the first 3 pages of the passport. The first page of mine just states that the passport is property of the government blah blah blah .... D we need that page?

Thanks

you need to include a sample of your DNA too

For the first two statements i printed them, signed them and scanned them .
I copied and notarized that first page of the passport and then copied the next two and notarized that copy too.
This is how i did it , i havent received a reply from them so i am not sure if that is the correct way...

With the first 3 pages I assume you must make a copy of the first 3 pages no matter what's on it. Just make sure that if the photo/signature page is not included you also include that page.

About the statement explaining the source of the funds I am not sure if it needs a signature. At least these don't need to be certified by a notary public or commissioner for oaths, that only goes for the documents (passport and utility bill).

I am not sure myself what exactly they need to know in the statement about the source of all funds. Just a general explanation or exactly each load from a sponsor/program or whatever in full detail for the last year(s)? I haven't been able to get SKNANB on the phone today so maybe someone else already has more info about this?

For the statement about the source of your funds, how did you do that. In great detail for every load you received on your account? I haven't been able to reach SKNANB about this yet.

Well in my case i was paid by the same company ,so i wrote the name of the company, i mentioned i was paid for online services and included a copy of my last payment from them which i received in the form of a check ( due to epass mess) which has the name, address of that company as well as my name and address . I also included a screen shot i saved from epassporte message center that shows where the transactions came from.

If you have any info saved from the message center or maybe even the epassporte statement for 2010 maybe that would work...

Unless this request is in a priory something very formal (so it seems) it really strikes me why would they request that.

How on earth would they be able to verify what will be said about the sources? Would they just believe it and do some random "audits"?
HOW...would the do audits???? Would they try to contact partner program, which I'd state paid me? What if that partner program owner replies to the bank asking to GFY, would I be in trouble because of that?

Does one need to state just enough recent sources to cover the amount currently on the balance, or should one provide the whole freaking (and now not available) epassporte history of transactions?

And isn't a request to state how the money will be spend is the most ridiculous one?
Anybody EVER heard this one before????

How is one's spending habits are of the bank's fucken business, for God's sake?
Do I need bank's approval to by a cup of coffee?
If I state I want to buy a $120 bottle of wine, will they request me to get one for $3.50?
How would this fucking work?

..Or does this show how "smart" they are in their compliance with some "terrorism funding" prevention?

If the first part of the request makes a little (very far fetched) sense, the second one is (IMO) plain offensive and HUMILIATING!!!

if you look close your passport has numbered pages , so i assumed page 1, page2 (id) page 3 (signature), but i included the last page because it is numbered and has a special border, i signed every copy and had them notarized. Have not recieved a reply yet.

I think they are just trying to cover their asses with regards to money laundering and international bank laws.

Thanks for your reply ... You seemed to do everything possible to not give them any excuse to reject your verification docs. It's probably the best way to go.

Agree, I'll do the shit myself obviously..., but it just feels a bit better to say "Hey, I'm with stupid..." rater than being perceived like one.
