You can unload your cash using it at a much higher pace than you can with the ATM... I believe up to 1000 a day. If you get creative you can do something like I did.

I have it as a credit card tied to my paypal account. I then used it to "buy" domain credits with a reseller account I have and then asked them for a refund which put the cash back into my paypal account and now I can withdrawal that either by checking or at an ATM with a higher limit since I upgraded my paypal account.

Make sure to use the Virtual one and it should work just fine. Every year I have had to reset my expiration date and every year it worked.

didn't work with paypal for me either. AFAIK they blocked epass cards at one point, maybe you got yours added before they did that?

Perhaps you need an American zip code.

Perhaps, also, an American can try and do the same and confirm if it worked out.

I have an american zip code, and I tried to add my virtual number to paypal and it didn't work. This was early this year or late last year.

Last year I tried to register my virtual and atm Epass card with Paypal and both got refused ..I called Paypal and they told me they didnt deal with Epass for reasons they didnt wish to disclose...also both types of card didnt work via a merchant/virtual c/card gateway with them for purchases. ....just my experience.

On a side note: payoneer cards work ok with paypal without problem.

Hmm... strange... I have been using this setup to funnel my epassporte through paypal to buy things like domains from people that don't take epassporte for years.

However, a year ago around this time (my card renews on sept 5th) it didn't work... then I called epassporte and asked them what zip code to use and they said use your own... so I did the same thing I had done several times and it didn't work and suddenly it did again... So it did have a hickup for me for a few months...
