I got an answer from him....he basically told me they don't handle the epass funds and that he'd forward my email to the appropriate people. I gave it 2 days, heard nothing from anyone else, so I replied to him again. I was nice about it and basically asked him for ANY info at all....

Of course he again said that they don't handle the epass money and that he'd forward it to the right people.

Unfortunately all of our money is in that craptastic movie. I like to think my portion went toward paying a couple weeks of Luke Wilson's earnings. Maybe he'll refund me.

The movie costs 20mils. This is what Epass should have earned in one year. Even now the rests on wallets should be at least 50 mils considering from what people write here. If they have a shortage - it's definitely not just 20 mils.

Well. Can someone with better English please compose a correct summary of this entire situation?

People and companies involved, their data, connections between them. And brief but exact description of what happened after September 2nd - what they promised, what they really did. No lies or speculations, just pure facts.

I think we should start spreading such info over the net. So if anyone else will do any business with these parties (Mallick, Elias, etc) they know who are they dealing with. If we can't do anything bigger, we must at least ruin their business reputations.

Also, would not hurt to send such a report to FBI.

Never is a strong word, even if Gregory Elias is "only" a nominee director or perhaps a nominee shareholder.

It could be interesting to see which natural persons were listed in the Articles of Incorporation as the initial board of directors.

What internal (non-public) agreements Elias has made with C. Mallick is only a matter between those two.
If people have claims against ePassporte, and Elias is the name officially associated with it, then people should talk to Mr. Elias.

Also why does Gregory Elias advice to talk to Mr. "Chris Mallick" which is only Mallick's nickname, not his full/real name.

Gregory Elias is mentioned everywhere as "managing director" or "Administrative Contact". It's possible that he's just a dummy, a person required to make the incorporation and does not really know much about epassporte matters.
