The obituary seemed real. I found it on multiple news sources. The only link I saw to it actually being a webmaster was some sort of profile someone posted. I don't know for sure but I think it was likely real. :2 cents:

So it was not epassporte that he had a problem with, it was the US government and their big government regulations. (even though he was not a US citizen)
