Celevbs Getting Paid for Tweets
 

I don't know if anyone has heard about this. But Celebs are now charging up to $10K a tweet for a product. Some of the top money makers are Kim Kardasian and Chelsea Handler.

Question is... if you had a mainstream product... would you pay $10K for a celeb to tweet it to over 2 million users?

Depending on the product, yes. Paying $10k for a direct plug to a 2million plus online user list where they can instantly check out the product and purchase.

You're going to find a low $10k pricetag on high traffic mainstream sites for a banner ad featuring the celeb. And with Twiiter, you and others can re-twit what the celeb has.

If I could get Kim Kardashian to tweet my product for $10k I'd do it in a heartbeat. She has many exclusive deals however when it comes to anything that you would be interested in having her tweet.

Actually you can pretty much get her to tweet about any product you might want to for the $10K. A friend of mine who is a PR VP is doing it for one of their beauty products.

The key is probably to match up the proper celeb/influencer with the audience you want to reach.
