After what... a month? TCG is now going to switch to NATs?
 

Sounds like a real clusterfuck going on over there... At least it wasn't a "we're shutting down" email.

I havent seen any checks since the database problem so Im guessing the stats were not being tracked since then. :mad: IF they do come back online it will be interesting to see what compensation (if any) they give for the wasted traffic.

Errr.. I'm out of the loop. What's going on with them?

They decided to make changes to their DB.. Apparently it's a clusterfuck and the site/stats haven't been accessable for some time now.

Ya it's been awfull.. way to lose tons of traffic! And now they're installing NATS. So how long does it take to install NATS? I think they started at the end of last week..

i'm told that they actuallyare compiling the stats so no sales lost, be patient guys

I figured this would happen since their old software was like.... really old... In fact... If we think of the Internet as being 1997 to 2010 it was around for half of it without any kind of update as far as I could tell...

how come i didnt get an email... anyone care to post the mail please

Sucks when you had a perfect payment record for 14 yrs and now you cannot claim that.

No shit... What really boggles my mind is that any progammer/tech preson worth their salt would have tested things like crazy and done mirror site upgrades before even thinking about going with a live upgrade.

In the past, they've always been good at tracking sales even when their stats db have gone down. Everything is usually mirrored to a text file dump and even if that fails, there's always the raw sales logs from the processor that can be exported.

Has anyone logged into LoveDollars or LustDollars? They're still using their old interface, but all stats are missing.
