So, now that Epass is no more, am I to assume the annual fees will also be refunded?
 
So, now that Epass is no more, I would expect that any annual fees that had been charged will be refunded as well, since you have not provided the service that the fee was for? Also, when will we have access to our funds? I want a date, not a runaround.

Since they went under from 'lack of funds', I wouldn't count on anything getting refunded, wired, or ach'd.
