Well no real news there, they've removed the mention of new message on 4th October. I would really like to know what would be the daily limit of ATM withdrawal!

If epass users end up with a visa and account tied directly to the offshore bank, then that is kinda sweet.

Imagine how much money will be withdrawn at the St. Kitts bank, when they activate the cards again next wednesday!

good thing there are daily limits, withdrawing $250k through ATM will take a while

leave us alone, we need to concentrate on our solitaire and minesweeper games!

thing that makes me skeptical is that a bank having a hard time of late can handle so much liquidity leaving, but we will see.

anyone asked them about limit per day? $300 have been mentioned here before... hope it will be higher though

Yeah many banks only have like 10% of the funds available.

But maybe it's different for these virtual visa accounts

lets say cards will be activated again.
1 out of 24 users have only an expired card [one of mine are expired too... and the other is fresh and not activated yet...].
What i would like to know is that will I be able to access the money @ epassporte, thus sending p2p payments or not? If not, how the hell can i access my money?

Well for the virtual visa funds you can request a wire maybe at the st Kitts bank or they can send you a new card directly from the bank.

I would email them about this, last week I got a reply from them in less then 12 hours

virtual visa card expired aswell? i think wire or check will be the option after sending in passport and adress proof to them...

they give a date, awesome :)

I wonder if you can draw funds from your wallet onto the card at that point.

The words " It is still expected " leave so much space open

Why do you think there has been such a long delay since when they cut off ePass until they are letting cardholders withdraw their funds? They knew there would be an onslaught of withdraws and they have been stalling in order to buy time to plan for it. They are not going to open the flood gates without either having the funds available or setting daily withdraw limits.

I still think they would be delays, remember they say:

I bet it would be the opposite, the overwhelming majority would be asked to provide information......

And that means Delays :(

SKNANB has problems with accessing funds. That sucks.

They seem to not have any fear to just turn the VISA back on.
I guess it's really a PREPAID card - they must have everything covered. Or else they would give people a harder time to withdraw their money - if it all works out as they promise.
